Poker Royalty Launches London Office

The poker company, Poker Royalty, which represents, poker stars Daniel Negreanu, Patrik Antonius and Phil Hellmuth amongst others has just opened a new office in London this week.
The main reason behind this was to better manage its European client base, as well as the Asian market. The two markets within the poker industry that have recently grown the most substantially.
Poker Royalty’s CEO, Said Balsbaugh said, “In the last few years, we have seen tremendous growth of poker events and projects in Europe, Asia and South America. While we believe Las Vegas will always be the center of the poker world, there is no denying that poker is a global game and the world's best players now have international opportunities available to them. Having boots on the ground in Europe positions us to be able to capitalize on those opportunities and better serve our clients.”
Jim Erwood is to be lead by Jim Erwood, Director of Euorpean Operation for Poker Royalty. A former FIFA football agent and player contract manager Erwood is expected to lead focus on the whole European market.
Poker Royalty is the original poker player representation company and has represented over 200 poker players. And currently represents poker players worth a total of $80 million in tournament winnings.
