Victoria's Poker officially launches today as the poker room “Where Everyone Plays”. The site is designed to be simple enough for novices yet offer enough games and action for veterans, be female-friendly and offers its software in MAC compatible format.

Beginners and those just coming to grips with the game of poker enjoy easy to play features like “auto-muck” and “auto-post blinds”. They also benefit from the logical game play which prompts players as to when it’s their turn to bet. More advanced players enjoy a selection of 5 games including Texas Hold’em, Double Flop Hold’em, Omaha High/Low, Seven Card Stud and Seven Card Stud High/Low. Seasoned online poker buffs will enjoy Victoria’s tournaments and competitive sign-up and bonus offers.

Steven Manor from Victoria's Poker comments on the games. “I have been involved with Poker over the past 30 years both as a professional player and a dealer and I have never seen a simpler or more exciting way to play poker. Each of our 5 games play according to standard accepted rules and the house takes a small rake from each pot. We don’t charge you to join, we don’t charge for the software and we don’t charge you by the hour.”

Women who play poker are delighted that the site is kept “female-friendly” through player protection monitoring that results in chat expulsion for lewd, offensive or threatening language or conduct. No one at Victoria’s is allowed to bully anyone else, and the results make for a gentlemen and ladies game.

Of all the unique features of Victoria’s Poker, the one that is most redefining is the MAC compatibility of the software. Victoria’s offers both Windows and Macintosh versions of their software, but regardless of what operating system you run, you’ll still be able to play at a table with anyone in the room. Mac players play against Windows players as simply as when playing against other Mac users- true cross-platform technology.

Victoria's Poker knows that everybody likes a good game of cards, and their goal is to make it possible for everyone to enjoy it together.
